Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking dedicated team members for evening shifts in our cheese production operations in the United States. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, aseptic sampling, and operating processing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.
• Compliance with food safety policies.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
• Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up.
• Maintain 701 or 704.
• Washer chemical concentration.
• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling.
• Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration.
• Operate punch machine and metal detector.
• Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
• Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks.
• Stack aging baskets.
• Requires regular attendance.
