Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking team members for the production line in the United States Wisconsin facility. You will operate equipment, perform data entry and ensure product quality in a fast-paced dairy environment.

Starting wage is $26.15 per hour with opportunities for development and benefits. The role requires ability to read instructions, basic computer use, and adherence to GMPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training acceptable.
• Ability to read and understand instructions with basic computer use.
• Solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Follow good sanitation, housekeeping, GMPs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and appearance of the product.
• Complete data entry and PLC machine setup as required.
• Maintain 701 or 704 equipment settings and procedures.
• Manage washer chemical concentration and handling.
• Conduct aseptic cheese sampling and analysis.
• Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentrations.
• Run punch machine and metal detector checks.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.
• Monitor punch machine needle checks and maintenance.
• Stack aging baskets and maintain orderly lines.
• Maintain regular attendance as part of job duties.
