Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a production operator to stage, weigh and prepare dairy products in a fast-paced plant.

You will monitor pasteurization, perform laboratory tests, document data, and operate processing equipment while following all SOPs and safety protocols. Qualified candidates have at least two years in dairy or food manufacturing, strong math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Two years of demonstrated work experience in food manufacturing, preferably dairy.
• Strong math skills and basic computer/data entry proficiency.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Stage, weigh and prepare products according to SOPs.
• Monitor pasteurization and record data; ensure chart recordings meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform analytical testing and report deviations to supervisor.
• Operate equipment including tanks, pumps and related controls; ensure routine cleaning (CIP/SIP).
• Accurately document records and perform data entry; follow reclaim and rework guidelines.
