Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Proficient in use of a computer.

Responsibilities

• Operate knock out machine and transfer into brine tanks.
• Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
• Complete appropriate data entry and PLC machine setup.
• Maintain 701 or 704, washer chemical concentration.
• Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration.
• Operate punch machine and metal detector.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs and sanitation practices.
