Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager to lead one of the most visited departments in our stores. You will supervise staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold dairy standards on the sales floor and in backroom coolers.

The Dairy Manager will direct daily operations, manage inventory, schedule staffing, and collaborate with store leadership to optimize sales and profitability. A strong retail grocery background and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping and ability to operate basic store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct clerks in the Dairy Department and oversee presentation and sanitation standards.
• Process and stock products according to Sprouts standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive department sales.
• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Dairy Department.
• Manage inventory to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Ensure proper product rotation and freshness; remove out-of-code items.
