You will lead a team, manage scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews while maintaining department standards and profitability. This role requires flexible availability, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations is preferred.
• Ability to train, coach and manage staff and perform evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dairy Department presentation and sanitation on sales floor and backroom cooler.
• Process/stock dairy products according to Sprouts dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Control inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize shrink.
• Ensure proper product rotation for freshness and correct pricing.
