Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager to oversee the Dairy Department, driving sales, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will direct staff, ensure sanitation and product rotation, manage scheduling, and collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring and promotions. This role requires 2+ years of retail grocery experience and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct clerks and oversee Dairy Department presentation and sanitation on the sales floor and in the backroom cooler.
• Process/stock products according to Sprouts dairy standards and ensure customer service excellence.
• Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department; control inventory and rotate stock to maintain freshness.
• Lead staffing and scheduling; mentor team members through coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hiring decisions and actions in performance management.
