Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager to lead the Dairy Department, ensuring top customer service and product quality. You will direct staff, manage inventory, set pricing, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and maintain high standards.

The role requires experience in retail grocery, strong communication, and the ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift and move items as needed and operate department equipment.
• Food Handlers permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Dairy Department activities to maximize sales and profits.
• Provide direction to clerks and ensure sanitation and presentation standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage inventory levels.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Schedule staffing and adjust as business needs change.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on hires, transfers and promotion decisions.
