Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager to oversee the Dairy Department, directing staff and ensuring top service standards in a fast-paced store environment. The role focuses on inventory control, safety, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers in a high-volume area.

The Dairy Manager will lead scheduling, coordinate with store leadership, and drive sales while maintaining sanitation and product quality.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Good communication skills; ability to take and give direction in a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude toward team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Dairy Department staff and maintain presentation and sanitation standards.
• Process and stock products according to dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and manage department operations.
• Control inventory to optimize stock levels and minimize loss.
• Lead scheduling and staffing; participate in performance reviews and promotions.
