Candidates should have 2+ years in grocery retail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel, margin and weekly sales reports and financial goals.
• Outgoing, positive attitude toward customers and team members.
• Ability to handle phones, take special orders, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Direct clerks in the Dairy Department while maintaining presentation and sanitation on sales floor and backroom.
• Process and stock products per Sprouts dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive department profits.
• Coordinate overall department direction, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Control inventory with proper ordering to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Ensure product freshness through rotation and removal of out-of-code items.
• Lead pricing changes and engage in team coaching and development.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring decisions with the Store Manager.
• Take corrective actions with HR for performance and policy compliance.
• Create schedules to maximize productivity and communicate standards clearly.
