Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager to lead a busy Dairy Department, ensuring top-quality product presentation, sanitation, and exceptional customer service. You will direct Clerks, manage stock, rotations, and pricing while driving sales and controlling shrink.

You will recruit and coach team members, collaborate with the Store Manager on promotions and staffing, and supervise daily operations to deliver a superior customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years' retail grocery experience.
• Good communication skills; ability to give and take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers, and financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Direct clerks in the Dairy Department and maintain presentation and sanitation standards.
• Process/stock products according to Sprouts dairy standards and manage inventory to optimal levels.
• Provide outstanding customer service and lead the department's execution and performance.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager; coach and develop team members.
• Schedule and staff the department to maximize productivity and efficiency.
