Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Dairy Manager in a fast-paced, customer‑driven environment. You will lead the Dairy Department, ensuring top-quality products, strong service, and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with at least 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales, and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers and teammates.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform general housekeeping and ensure safety standards.
• Able to operate knives, scales, wrappers, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs as described.
• Adhere to health, safety, and Weights and Measures regulations; Food Handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Dairy Department activities to maximize sales and profits.
• Direct clerks and maintain presentation and sanitation in the department.
• Process and stock products per Dairy standards; ensure customer service excellence.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Control inventory to stock levels and minimize loss; adjust pricing as needed.
• Lead team development through coaching and performance reviews.
• Attend store meetings and participate in promotions and events.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff with Store Manager collaboration.
