Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Dairy Department activities to maximize sales and profits.
• Oversee presentation and sanitation standards on sales floor and backroom cooler.
• Provide outstanding customer service and staff coaching.
• Lead schedule planning, staffing decisions, and performance reviews with the Store Manager.
• Ensure proper inventory levels and rotation; manage pricing changes.
