Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas beneficial.
• Strong communication with teams and clear direction.

Responsabilités

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; drive development and promotion decisions.
• Manage P&L, sales and shrink targets for the department.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and Meijer standards.
• Ensure staff are trained and provide required training.
