Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas and strong communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial information and guide decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and drive safe operations.
• Successful completion of required certifications.

Responsabilités

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in daily store operations.
• Mentor and coach staff to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development for team members.
• Document disciplinary actions and advise on discharge decisions.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales targets and control shrink.
• Ensure staff are trained and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain store appearance and prime shopping hours.
