Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in store areas and customer service flow helpful.
• Strong communication and ability to provide clear direction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor team members, develop career paths, and support promotions.
• Manage disciplinary actions and retention decisions.
• Oversee P&L, sales targets, and shrink control.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Ensure training completion and safe work environment.
• Maintain regular store presence and effective communication with staff.
