Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with 2 years of retail grocery experience.

• Knowledge of reports, margins and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct clerks and oversee dairy presentation and sanitation standards.
• Process and stock products according to dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in the department.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Control inventory to maximize sales and minimize stock loss.
