• Schedule staff, assign tasks, and ensure department safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate deliveries, verify invoices, and address shortages or overages.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; participate in performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and promote in collaboration with Store Manager,
