Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Dairy Manager to oversee a high-traffic department, drive sales, and maintain quality on the dairy floor and in the backroom. You will lead clerks, ensure sanitation, and coordinate inventory, pricing, and staffing to maximize customer satisfaction and store performance.

You will balance coaching, scheduling, and daily operations while upholding safety and food-handling standards, with a focus on teamwork and exemplary service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years retail grocery experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and financial goals.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude toward customers and teammates.
• Must be capable of physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain safety, health, and Food Handlers permit.

Aufgaben

• Direct clerks and oversee presentation and sanitation standards of the Dairy Department.
• Process/stock products according to dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.
• Control inventory to stock levels and minimize stock loss.
• Rotate products for freshness; remove out-of-code items.
• Adjust prices within the department.
• Lead and participate in meetings; support hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Coach and develop team via performance discussions and reviews.
