The role requires 18+ with 2 years of grocery experience, strong communication, and flexible scheduling. You will collaborate with Store Manager on hiring and staffing, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with 2 years of retail grocery experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Working knowledge of reports, margin, and sales numbers; understanding financial goals.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach clerks in the Dairy Department and maintain presentation and sanitation standards.
• Process and stock products according to Sprouts' dairy standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive department sales and profits.
• Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of dairy operations.
• Control inventory to recommended stock levels and minimize stock loss through proper ordering.
• Ensure proper product rotation and cleanliness; update pricing within the department.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Develop and implement staff coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Attend store meetings and participate in scheduling to maximize productivity.
