Adisseo France S.A.S. is seeking a Dairy Business Manager to accelerate commercial success in California, a key North American dairy market.

The role involves building lasting customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering innovative animal nutrition solutions that create value for dairy producers. You will report to the Dairy Sales Manager and travel approximately 50–60% within California and surrounding territories to drive territory growth and close opportunities within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience within dairy nutrition, feed additives, animal nutrition, or livestock production.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Proven consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; ability to travel extensively within California.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Build strong relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, feed mills, consultants, veterinarians, and distribution partners.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic accounts.
• Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver value-driven customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive territory growth.

Adisseo is looking for a Dairy Business Manager to drive commercial success in California, one of North America's key dairy markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to build strong customer partnerships, expand market presence, and deliver innovative animal nutrition solutions that create value for dairy producers.

Reporting to: Dairy Sales Manager

Travel: Approximately 50–60% within California and surrounding territories, as needed.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience within dairy nutrition, feed additives, animal nutrition, or livestock production.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; ability to travel extensively throughout California.
