Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience within dairy nutrition, feed additives, animal nutrition, or livestock production.
- Experience building long-term customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Proven consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems; ability to travel extensively within California.
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Build strong relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, feed mills, consultants, veterinarians, and distribution partners.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding strategic accounts.
- Partner with Technical, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver value-driven customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive territory growth.
