In this visible role reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will own the daily maintenance workflow, lead cross-functional prioritization, and coach teams toward best practices in a union environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in manufacturing supporting Maintenance/Operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance teams in a union environment.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and culture change initiatives.
• Oversee daily maintenance workflow and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in maintenance activities.
