Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years of manufacturing experience, preferably chemical manufacturing.
• Experience leading a site with 150+ employees/contractors.
• Strong knowledge of PSM, reactors, distillation, powder handling, high-hazard chemicals.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage unionized workforces.
• Experience complying with OSHA, EPA, FDA and other regulations.
