Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school or GED degree.
• 8+ years working in refining, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Serve as leader for culture change and developer of shift team.
• Provide operational coaching and mentoring for cross-shift consistency.
• Plan and direct major process moves and coordinate contractors.
• Gatekeeper of initial work orders and scope for unit tasks.
• Develop energy control and decontamination procedures with Training.
• Operate as the coordinator for job contacts and schedules.
• Provide status updates and communicate with Operations/Project teams.
• Support PHA, MOC, and outage-related tasks as needed.
