Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
5+ years of maintenance experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial manufacturing environments.
2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, piping systems, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with CMMS software and maintenance planning tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanical craftsmen; monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for mechanical group; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities in CMMS and coordinate scheduling and staffing items.
Enforce compliance with safety rules and conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
Collaborate with scheduling, production, engineering, reliability, and HSES teams to align maintenance priorities with goals.
