Job summary

CommScope is seeking a high-energy Director of Sales for the DACH region to own a $30M+ business and lead growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You’ll build pipeline, open doors with carriers, and win new logos while developing a regional sales strategy.

You will lead a team, collaborate with engineering and product, and drive commercial excellence with disciplined forecasting and revenue delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales or sales engineering teams in telecom/IT.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Familiarity with industry certifications (FOA, BICSI) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business across telecom, broadband, and fiber markets.
• Open doors with telcos, MNOs, OLOs and partners into long-term relationships.
• Drive opportunities in fiber connectivity beyond 5G and next-gen infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape compelling value propositions.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through deal closure and account growth.
• Maintain pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and revenue delivery.
