Job summary

Stripe seeks an Account Executive for the DACH Existing Business segment, focused on deepening partnerships and expanding revenue. You will manage named accounts, own renewal strategies, and collaborate with engineering, product, and finance to drive multi-product adoption.

Your role involves working with senior executives to shape Stripe’s Commercial strategy and sustain growth in the DACH market. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, prioritize customer value, and defend revenue while expanding

Qualifications

• Top-class salesperson with strong relationship management.
• Able to engage in business and technical conversations at executive levels (CTO/COO/CFO).
• Experience building value in competitive situations with deep product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and nurture a named account list and develop territory and account plans for winning and expanding business with the Commercial segment.
• Own the renewal and retention strategy for your territory, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risk.
• Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives, orchestrating the right executive touch points.
• Work with Engineering, Product, and Finance to lead complex product workshops and financial analyses.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver technical value and drive activation.
• Contribute to shaping our Commercial strategy and scalable engagement models.
• Develop strategies for growing wallet share and multi-product adoption while defending revenue.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
• Engage with Product and Engineering to drive product and DACH market strategy.
