Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Platform Sales Manager to lead a team of growth AEs and drive embedded payments strategies for global SaaS platforms. You will oversee hiring, onboarding, and goal setting, while shaping GTM campaigns and measuring impact across regions.

In this role, you will define sales processes, collaborate with product, and nurture executive relationships to deliver revenue growth and strategic partnerships. Fluent English and German are required.

Formación

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience preferred.
• Experience leading large Enterprise sales teams in high-growth tech.
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Strong ability to articulate complex concepts into business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Existing Business, Platform AEs across regions.
• Drive deal strategy and manage healthy pipeline and win rate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Stripe's roadmap and forecasting practices.
