Job summary

Sundo is a dynamic startup based in Kortrijk, Belgium, that has been fighting skin cancer since 2020. You will be the main point of contact for customers in the DACH region, combining customer contact with project follow-up and internal coordination to ensure satisfaction.

You will organize onboarding, coordinate with sales, production, logistics and operations, and translate customer wishes into team orders.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and reliable project follow-up across regions.
• Fluent Dutch and/or English with comfortable German.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, production, logistics and operations.
• Proactive, structured and ownership-driven in fast-moving projects.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through onboarding processes.
• Coordinate internally to move production and installation forward.
• Keep customers informed and translate wishes into team orders.
• Follow up on questions and feedback, ensuring clear responses.
• Identify opportunities and share them with the sales team.
• Maintain organization when multiple projects run simultaneously.
