Job summary

Xometry is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of German-speaking customers in the DACH region, focusing on machine building, robotics, and automotive electronics.

You will own the full sales cycle, serve as the trusted advisor, and contribute to process improvements while achieving individual and account-level sales targets. This remote role offers a base salary plus a commission, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or account management with a track record of growing accounts.
• Experience managing accounts in manufacturing, engineering, robotics, automation or 3D printing is a plus.
• Fluent German (native or C1+) and strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of accounts in the DACH region.
• Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships and secure repeat orders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order placement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Acquire new accounts and build a robust pipeline in target industries.
