Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a scientist to lead analytical workflows for the DAC platform, applying ADC/DAC characterization to advance programs.

The role requires assay design, method development, hands-on execution, and clear cross-functional communication from screening to candidate selection. You will set QC criteria, optimize LCMS/HPLC methods, and integrate DAR, purity, and stability data into go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

BS/BA with 12+, MS/MA with 8+, or PhD with 4+ years in biochemistry or analytical chemistry.
Expertise in ADC/DAC and antibody characterization from method development to data interpretation.
Experience with LCMS and HPLC for antibody/conjugate analysis (DAR, SEC, mapping).
Experience characterizing ADCs in industry with conjugation chemistry knowledge.
Proven ability to design experiments, develop methods, and troubleshoot instruments.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable scientific conclusions for teams.

Responsibilities

Design, execute and own the DAC screening platform (DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation).
Lead and conduct in-depth characterization of antibodies and advanced DACs including positional isomers, glycosylation analysis, peptide mapping, and stability.
Integrate DAR, purity, hydrophobicity, and stability data into unified assessments with QC cutoffs.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot LCMS and HPLC methods for throughput and robustness.
Present findings to project and platform teams and coordinate sample flow and decisions.
