You will lead the development of innovative analytical workflows that support and accelerate Nurix's DAC platform, applying your expertise in ADC and/or DAC characterization to solve complex scientific challenges. This is a laboratory role requiring assay design, method development, hands-on execution, and scientific communication to project and platform teams. You will design and execute analytical strategies for high-throughput DAC screening, establish quality criteria that drive conjugate advancement decisions, and partner closely with conjugation chemistry, biology, and bioanalytical teams from early screening through candidate selection.
