Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a scientist to lead analytical workflows for the DAC platform, applying expertise in ADC/DAC characterization to advance candidate compounds from early screening through selection.

The role requires assay design, method development, hands-on execution, and scientific communication to cross-functional teams, with emphasis on LCMS/HPLC methods and quality criteria to drive decisions.

Qualifications

BS/BA in biochemistry or analytical chemistry required.
MS/MA or PhD with industry experience preferred.
Expertise in ADC/DAC & antibody characterization from method development to data interpretation.

Responsibilities

Design, execute and own the DAC screening characterization platform including DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation, and QC thresholds.
Lead and conduct in-depth characterization of antibodies and advanced DACs including isomers, glycosylation, peptide mapping, and stability.
Integrate DAR, purity, hydrophobicity, and stability data into unified assessments with QC cutoffs for go/no-go decisions.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot LCMS and HPLC methods for throughput and robustness; establish plate-based sample prep workflows.
Present findings to project teams and collaborate with chemistry, biology, and bioanalytical groups to align workflows.
