Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist I, Bioanalytical to lead bioanalytical strategies for DACs, spanning LC-MS/MS and hybrid assays to analyze complex bioconjugates in vitro and in vivo. The role interfaces with DMPK, Proteomics, Pharmacology, and Chemistry to inform design and exposure–response relationships.

Qualifications

• PhD with 5+ years or MS with 8+ years industry bioanalysis experience.
• Expert in LC-MS/MS method development and troubleshooting for large molecules and bioconjugates.
• Experience with Sciex platforms and high-resolution MS.
• Experience with in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK studies.
• Strong data analysis and regulatory documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical methods for DAC modalities.
• Design LC-MS/MS workflows for quantitation of payloads and metabolites.
• Apply HRMS platforms for DAC characterization and metabolite ID.
• Develop hybrid LBA-LC-MS/MS strategies for conjugate quantitation.
• Oversee in vitro and in vivo studies, including PK and tissue distribution.
• Lead CRO oversight for method development and transfers.
• Mentor junior scientists and contribute to capabilty building.
