• Industry experience in biochemistry or analytical chemistry is required.
• Proven ability to develop and interpret ADC/DAC related data.
• Hands-on LCMS/HPLC method development and troubleshooting.
• Experience characterizing ADCs and conjugates in industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and own the DAC screening characterization platform.
• Lead detailed characterization of antibodies and DACs.
• Integrate DAC data into go/no-go decisions with QC criteria.
• Develop and optimize LCMS and HPLC methods for throughput.
• Present findings to cross-functional teams and guide conjugate progression
