Qualifications

• BS/BA with 12+ years, MS/MA with 8+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in biochemistry/analytical chemistry
• Expertise in ADC/DAC & antibody characterization from method development to data interpretation
• Experience with LCMS & HPLC methods for antibody/conjugate analysis including DAR, SEC, peptide mapping

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and own the DAC screening characterization platform including DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation, and QC thresholds.
• Lead and conduct in-depth characterization of antibodies and advanced DACs including isomers, glycosylation, peptide mapping, and stability.
• Integrate DAR, purity, hydrophobicity, and stability data into unified assessments with QC cutoffs for go/no-go decisions.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot LCMS and HPLC methods for throughput and robustness; establish plate-based sample prep workflows.
• Present findings to project teams and collaborate with chemistry, bioanalytical, and cell screening groups.
