Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 12+ years, MS/MA with 8+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in biochemistry or analytical chemistry.
• Experience in ADC/DAC and antibody characterization from method development to data interpretation.
• Experience with LCMS and HPLC methods for antibody/conjugate analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and own the DAC screening characterization platform including DAR, aggregation, protein quantitation, and QC thresholds.
• Lead and conduct in-depth characterization of antibodies and advanced DACs including positional isomers and glycosylation analysis.
• Integrate DAR, purity, hydrophobicity, and stability data into unified assessments with QC cutoffs that drive go/no-go decisions; identify structure-quality trends.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot LCMS and HPLC methods for throughput and robustness; establish plate-based sample preparation workflows.
• Present findings to project and platform teams; collaborate with chemistry, biology and bioanalytical groups to align workflows and influence decisions.
