Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Scientist to lead bioanalytical strategies for next-generation DACs, focusing on LC-MS/MS and hybrid assays to quantify and characterize conjugates in vitro and in vivo.

The successful candidate will collaborate across DMPK, Proteomics, Pharmacology and Chemistry teams, develop robust workflows, mentor junior staff, and contribute to data-driven decision making that informs exposure and degradation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 5+ years or M.S. with 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Bioanalysis or analytical chemistry.
• Deep expertise in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis for complex modalities.
• Proven experience with Sciex platforms (e.g., 7600 ZenoTOF, 6500+, 7500) and high-resolution MS.
• Strong background in ADCs, DACs, or related bioconjugates.
• Experience supporting in vitro ADME and in vivo PK studies, with data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical methods for DAC modalities in biological matrices.
• Design and implement LC-MS/MS workflows for quantitation of payloads, linkers, and catabolites.
• Apply high-resolution MS for DAC characterization and metabolite identification.
• Develop hybrid LBA-LC-MS/MS strategies for conjugate quantitation.
• Design and interpret in vitro studies including plasma and lysosomal stability and linker cleavage kinetics.
• Lead bioanalytical support for in vivo studies, including PK and tumor exposure in preclinical species.
• Mentor junior scientists and help build bioanalytical capabilities within the organization.
