Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist to lead bioanalytical strategies for next-generation degrader antibody conjugates (DACs). You will focus on LC-MS/MS and hybrid assays to quantify conjugates and metabolites across discovery and early development, coordinating cross-functional teams.

The role requires Ph.D. or MS with extensive relevant experience, expert LC-MS/MS capabilities, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset to drive data-driven decisions in preclinical studies.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. with 5+ years or M.S. with 8+ years in Bioanalysis or Analytical Chemistry.
  • Deep expertise in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis, including method development, qualification/validation.
  • Experience with Sciex platforms and high-resolution MS.
  • Strong background in ADCs, DACs, or related bioconjugates.
  • Experience supporting in vitro ADME and in vivo PK studies.
  • Proficiency in sample preparation for large molecules and bioconjugates.
  • Strong data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, qualification, and execution of bioanalytical methods for DAC modalities.
  • Design LC-MS/MS workflows for quantitative payload analysis on small molecules.
  • Apply high-resolution MS platforms for DAC characterization and metabolite ID.
  • Develop hybrid LBA–LC-MS/MS strategies for conjugate quantitation.
  • Plan and interpret in vitro studies including stability and kinetics.
  • Lead bioanalytical support for in vivo PK and tissue distribution studies.
  • Characterize biotransformation pathways of DACs and payload metabolites.
  • Collaborate with DMPK, Proteomics, Pharmacology, and Chemistry teams.
  • Author technical reports and regulatory documentation with rigor.
  • Troubleshoot matrix effects and conjugate heterogeneity.
  • Mentor junior scientists and help build bioanalytical capabilities.
  • Evaluate new technologies to advance protein degrader modalities.
  • Identify and oversee CROs for method development and transfer.
