R2 Global seeks a D365 BC Lead Functional Consultant/Manager to drive hands-on BC implementations while leading teams and shaping client strategy. You’ll own engagements, architect solutions, and mentor consultants to build a strong BC practice.

You will guide workshops, translate business needs into BC configurations, and ensure high-quality delivery. This senior role blends leadership with hands-on delivery and client partnership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering and supporting ERP solutions, preferably Dynamics.
• Proven leadership of functional ERP implementations from discovery to post go-live.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Warehousing and Distribution.
• Experience mentoring consultants and managing multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 BC implementations from discovery through post go-live.
• Act as functional lead across core business processes and design
• Translate client requirements into scalable BC solutions and best practices.
• Mentor consultants, support growth of the BC practice, and manage client relationships.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Review deliverables and maintain high standards in configuration and testing.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve delivery methodologies.
