Job summary

Cloud Reboot Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations program with a single source of truth in Azure DevOps and daily reporting.

Own the integrated plan, sprint scope, dependencies, and escalation paths, ensuring data accuracy across modules. You will run the daily program call and weekly steering updates, enforcing standardized work item fields and data integrity, while delivering automated dashboards and QA/UAT tracking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program/project management for ERP programs.
• 2 full D365 F&O cycles with 15+‑person teams.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps: WIQL, dashboards, delivery plans.
• Power BI dashboards built on ADO data with auto refresh.
• Agile delivery with capacity-based sprint planning.
• Strong written communication and escalation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated plan, sprint scope, dependencies, risks, and escalation.
• Run daily program call and weekly steering update.
• Lock standard ADO view; enforce work item standards (assignee, iteration, effort).
• Automate reports: daily updates, exception reports, QA/UAT tracking.
• Chase module leads for current items; log actions in ADO.
• Provide weekly data-quality score per lead.
• Be the single point of contact for client status, scope and risk.
