Job summary

Komline in Washington, DC is seeking a D365 F&O Implementation Program Director to lead planning and execution of deployments across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery within approved budgets and aligned with our operating model.

The role will build an internal deployment team, establish repeatable methods, transfer knowledge from partners, and govern programs with strong leadership, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP project or program management experience.
• Experience with multi-site implementations and budgets.
• Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience transitioning delivery from systems integrators to internal teams.
• Industrial manufacturing, preferably make-to-order or project-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a multi-site deployment roadmap aligned with acquisitions.
• Establish baselines, monitor performance, manage scope and change control.
• Lead implementations with internal teams and partners through all phases.
• Design and lead a scalable internal D365 deployment organization.
• Create phased transition plans to move deployment ownership in-house.
• Define roles, recruit, and coach internal deployment resources.
• Partner with leaders to align acquisitions to the ERP roadmap.
• Set deliverables for vendors, monitor SLAs and budgets.
• Lead steering committees, risk/issue management, and reporting.
• Ensure standardized processes across functions and sites.
• Maintain risk, issue, and dependency registers; escalate as needed.
• Define stage gates for readiness and go-live criteria.
• Develop internal resource plans and coordinate site participation.
• Ensure deployments address made-to-order and engineer-to-order needs.
• Capture lessons learned and improve deployment playbook.
• Provide concise, forward-looking milestone and cost reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
