Job summary

Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Program Manager with deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO expertise to lead customer engagements and coordinate cross‑functional teams. You will be the main customer liaison, manage issues, priorities and dependencies, and drive resolution with engineering, vendors, and support.

Lead FnO technical discussions, guide architecture, extensions, integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting to deliver timely, effective solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FnO.
• Understanding of FnO architecture, extensions, integrations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing complex technical issues and driving resolution.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with customers, engineering, and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with structured status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own customer communication, issue tracking, priorities, dependencies, risks, escalations, and resolutions.
• Serve as the primary customer POC for Dynamics 365 FnO technical support and delivery engagements.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive actions through to closure.
• Provide technical oversight across architecture, extensions, deployments, environments, and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate technical discussions among customers, vendor teams, and internal stakeholders.
