Job summary

The Solution Consulting Fzco is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, upgrades and rollouts. You will own delivery including scope, timelines, budget, quality and client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams of functional consultants, technical developers and business stakeholders.

You will apply a delivery framework and be the escalation point for complex issues, while coordinating with Microsoft, partners

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience as a functional consultant on D365 F&O (AX 2009/2012).
• Deep expertise in at least one D365 F&O module, preferably Finance.
• 3–5 years in a project management or delivery lead role on D365 F&O engagements.
• Delivered 3–4 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations, some in PM capacity.
• Strong knowledge of core processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
• Experience with LCS, Azure DevOps, data management, and integration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle D365 F&O implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Define scope, plans, milestones, resources, and budgets; track progress.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage change requests and budgets.
• Run steering committees, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure quality gates and governance across all project phases.
