Job summary

Komline seeks a Program Director to lead the D365 F&O deployment portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence across sites and acquisitions. You will align with our operating model and collaborate with the ERP Platform Manager to secure governance and platform direction.

You will spearhead building an internal deployment capability, establish repeatable methods, and transfer knowledge from partners.

Qualifications

8+ years in ERP program or project management.
Experience leading multi-site implementations.
Experience transitioning from SI to internal teams.
Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
Experience in industrial manufacturing, especially make-to-order or project-based.
Strong governance, cost control, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an integrated, multi-site deployment roadmap across acquisitions and sites.
Establish schedule and budget baselines; monitor performance and manage change control.
Lead implementations with internal resources and partners through discovery, design, data migration, testing, go-live, and support.
Design and lead a scalable internal deployment organization spanning finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and IT.
Develop transition plans to shift ownership from partners to Komline's internal team.
Define roles, recruit, onboard, and coach internal deployment resources.
