Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to design and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions. You will lead implementation teams, mentor consultants, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, focusing on supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, and related processes.

The role requires deep functional ERP expertise, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to travel as engagements require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or Supply Chain certification required.
• 7+ years implementing Dynamics 365 ERP Operations or similar ERP solutions.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations from design to deployment.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
• Define solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure D365 ERP Operations modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, PIM, Asset Management).
• Develop functional designs for system enhancements across operations and logistics.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate into scalable ERP solutions.
• Mentor consultants and lead project delivery with cross-functional teams.
