Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions for clients across industries. You will guide cross‑functional teams, mentor consultants, and drive successful ERP implementations that modernize procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and planning functions.

Applicants should have 7+ years implementing D365 ERP Operations, strong client-facing skills, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operations.
Experience designing ERP solution architecture including integrations and data management.
Strong client-facing consulting, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions.
Design comprehensive architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
Configure D365 ERP Operations modules such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Asset Management.
Develop functional designs for enhancements and customizations across operations and logistics.
Lead requirements workshops and translate into functional specifications.
Mentor consultants and collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams.
Ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction.
