Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for clients. You will bridge business requirements with technical design, oversee architecture, and guide cross‑functional teams through end‑to‑end deployments.

You will mentor consultants, engage with executives, and drive operational excellence across supply chain domains, including procurement, inventory, and manufacturing. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations certification required.
• 7+ years of experience implementing ERP Operations or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations and managing project workstreams.
• Deep functional expertise across supply chain and operations processes such as procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, and asset management.
• Ability to travel as client engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations solutions aligned to client objectives and best practices.
• Design solution architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure D365 ERP Operations modules: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production, Planning, Product Information Management, Asset Management, and related SCM capabilities.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements and customizations across operations and logistics.
• Analyze and optimize business processes to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP solutions; lead workshops and develop functional specs.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and client relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support change management with training materials and user adoption activities.
• Lead testing, QA, and validation; deliver high-quality documentation and artifacts.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementations and risk mitigation.
