Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager – D365 ERP Operations Implementation Architect to lead design and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Operations solutions. You will guide implementation teams, mentor consultants, and collaborate with cross-functional delivery groups to modernize supply chain, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and operations.

The role requires deep ERP expertise, strong functional knowledge, and the ability to mentor teams while driving client value and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in D365 ERP Operations or similar.
• Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of supply chain and operations.
• Experience designing ERP architecture (integrations, data, security).
• Experience drafting functional requirements and design docs.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel as client engagements require.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of D365 ERP Operations.
• Design architectures including integrations, data management, and security.
• Configure D365 ERP Operations modules and customizations.
• Develop functional designs for enhancements across operations and logistics.
